He had gone to UK (an imperialist country!) to attend a seminar of commies, converging from all over the world. In his speech , referring to the Diwali blasts in Delhi, the commie stated that the blasts were a handiwork of imperialist forces (read USA & UK) to destabilize the peace process between India and Terrorist State of Pakistan.
