By writing against Lalu in Rediff. The last time around when Jha made Gangajal, he was threatened by one of Lalu’s henchmen and had to finally tender an apology and/or cut some scene in the movie, I forget the exact details. Jha apparently, has had the last laugh.

I think Lalu Prasad Yadav lost the mandate to rule a long time ago. It isn’t a question of 15 years. The people of Bihar would have out-voted him a long time ago, but they couldn’t simply because elections were rigged. It is only now that the state has managed to have free and fair elections. This is what has enabled Lalu’s rule to end. So, this perception of him holding the reigns fairly for 15 years is incorrect.
