Arjun Singh doesn’t seem to tire of Hindu-baiting and Muslim-appeasement. He seemed to have cooled down after his initial spree of “de-saffronizing” history. But he’s back with his latest stunt:

Earlier this month, the National Monitoring Committee for Minorities Education (NMCME) recommended reservation for minorities in institutions such as the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) and the Indian Institute of Management (IIM) to check the decline in their enrolment.

The committee suggested that a centre be set up in IITs/IIMs where bright students from these communities were identified through an entrance or screening tests. It also recommended a reservation policy similar to the one applicable to Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (SCs/STs) in these institutes.
