Doing Everything in Their Power

To retard India’s progress further. I’m talking about the Communists of course. No detail is minor. No issue is small. There’s a sinister hand in everything. Thus a phone-tapping issue suddenly becomes a national security threat.

Describing the tapping of telephones of Samajwadi Party leaders as a “serious matter,” The CPI(M) today seized the issue to flag its concern over national security in opening up of the telecom sector…. it is a serious matter because it has been established that through a private telephone company tapping has been done illegally. There should be a proper investigation to uncover the conspiracy behind it“, CPI(M) General Secretary Prakash Karat, told reporters emerging from a meeting with Singh.

And logically, an arugment against opening up the telecom sector further. It’s funny that the CPI(M) should talk about things like “national security” when they have virtually unleashed Red Terror in the country at the present time and its CEO meets a terrorist leader clandestinely. Their historical record–right from pre-independence days–shows their overwhelming concern for national security. Funny isn’t it, how the guilty always proclaims his innocence the loudest?

The nation urgently needs to throw these morons out of power.
