And deliver my first ever puke. On this post. A one-line explanation is in order on why I’ve succumbed to Nilu: I’ve run out of patience with half-educated nitwits who neither know nor understand what they’re speaking about but shriek so loudly that you can’t ignore them. Excerpts, from that puke-worthy post:
i’ve been coming across so much stuff on the issue of unearnt privileges and discrimination. to put it very briefly, even if i personally do not subscribe to a derogatory caste system and the supremacy of the rich, i still benefit in some ways because these social systems exist. i have privileges that someone else is probably paying the cost of. [...] my religion as it exists today puts me down for being a woman. but it hails my caste. it belittles her for being a woman and for being from her caste. [...] i can trace back my lineage to men who were greatly respected and hailed as spiritually evolved people who contributed significantly to my culture. (but sadly, only men.)
And it’s no use trying to pound sense into their brains: you know how it is: a little knowledge is always dangerous etc. The alternative? Glorious puke.

link). One rarely ever gets to read such a candid and straight-from-the-heart post. And his only response is that it is puke-worthy. Goddamnit, is there one statement made by her that he can disprove?

Even if you dont not exactly agree with the post (which I personally think is very candid and well-written) what is the point of publicly “puking” at someone and for some post that is in no way derogatory to anyone? What is there to disagree with when she is talking about her (note that: ‘her’) personal life? And if for some wierd reason you “disapprove” of the post, why dont you just stick to reading blogs that you approve of or agree with?

I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW WHAT ‘NILU’ MEANS TO YOU? THIS IS THE NAME MY FATHER GAVE ME 22 YEARS AGO….I BELIEVE IT ORIGINATES FROM PERSIA BUT WONDERED IN WHAT CONTEXT YOU WERE USING THIS WORD IN YOUR ABOVE POST?
