Imrana Goes to Arabia

A Saudi court has sentenced a gang rape victim to 90 lashes of the whip because she was alone in a car with a man to whom she was not married.
It is Saudi Arabia, so it doesn’t surprise me. It wouldn’t surprise me if this kind of punishment is awarded in India: the Imrana case should rightly be recorded in history books as the trendsetter.
Where are the bleeding hearts?

WHO KNOWS? IN A FEW DAYS THE RAPISTS IN SAUDI MAY WELL BE GIVEN PRIZES AND HONOURS BY SAUDI GOVT. THE SAUDI GOVT. WILL JUSTIFY THIS MOVE BY SAYING IN ISLAM RAPISTS ARE HONORABLE PERSONS. WHY ARE PRANNOY ROY, RAJDEEP SARDSAI AND N. RAM -THE SECULAR CONCUBINES OF CPM KEEPING QUIET?
