The hanging of Saddam Hussein was an outrageous instance of ‘victor’s justice’, on top of a mountain of atrocities in Iraq, beginning with its unjust and illegal invasion. It was a colossal political miscalculation by the United States…The hanging must be regarded as a vile act of savagery.
Actually, I should take my words back. The Resident Idiot is simply the more respectable voice of his more extreme brethren, the economy-halters, the Naxals/Maoists, and the assorted bunch that comprise the CITU/SUCI/DYFI/AIDWA/AIDSO/AIDYO/AID/ASHA and countless others. Bidwai’s in this “article,” has simply reinforced his love for mass murderers.
