LOLzz.. @ Cobrapost.. Whoever cooked up such a name. Sounds like the “Stinking Sting King” Tarun tejpal of Tehelka. hahaha.. Tehelka, cobrapost – Very funny indeed. Indicates that lack of finesse in news reporting in India.
Also, look at that pic of Sardesai on the link you provided – Trying very hard to look articulate and intelligent. Such jerks. How.. How.. I fail to understand just how could CNN tie up with such buffoons like Sardesai.
CNN might be bad, but atleast its much better than Indian news channels. For four days, I was watching the Punjab Dera controversy on TV at night, but not a single channel mentioned why it all started?

After the recent UP debacle of the BJP, Sardesai just could not hide his glee. “Where are the Advanis and Vajpayees now? Why are they sending Abbas Naqvi to defend this?” – he roared from his AC studios.
Apparently he wanted Advani to come to him and beg for his highness mercy. He dare not say this for Sonia after Congress debacle.
Indian news journalim has reached staggering heights of mediocrity thanks to the likes of Sardesai, Barkha, Gupta et al

The name Aniruddha Ball rings a bell. The dude won an “award”, for the worst ever description of an erotic encounter in a book of his. Apparently he drew parallels between the act of human copulation and the act of changing gears on a manual transmission Ferrari. Readers couldn’t make up their minds whether they should laugh or feel aroused.
Here is the funny part: the chap flew all the way to London to receive the “award”. Audiences turned out in good numbers, we learn, to look at this oddity.
