Well known evangelist DGS Dinakaran died at a private hospital in Chennai Wednesday following a brief illness, family sources said. He was 74 and is survived by wife, a son and three grand children.

Dinakaran was admitted to the Apollo hospital on January 29 due to heart and kidney ailments.
It is impolite to talk ill of the deceased but what the hell. The man who founded an empire on the foundations of spurious Divine healing couldn’t call upon Jesus to cure his ailment. May his Soul rest in peace.

See how deeply embedded this guy’s son is in the government as well as the education field. This is what I was talking about in the MFH discussion : evangelicals’ strategy is to control education and media to develop the next generation of self-hating Hindus and converts to xtianity. Hindus must counter this threat. Media and education are more powerful tools than violence or anything else.

There it is, in plain English: Karunya University is just an offshoot of his ministry. Disgusting! Where are the secularwadis speaking against this university? Somebody needs to do an in-depth analysis of these schools and universities that are basically just extension of evangelical propaganda.

GR to BR. I was sickened watching his programs on Zee TV where he used to contort his face while reciting the bible and clench his fist every now and then. He is the desi version of the american televangelisits who in their expensive suits and shiny gucci shoes talk about simplicity to the people.

I wish to share with you a wonderful thing I read at Atanu Dey’s deesha.org. It was in one of the comments. My respect and admiration for Hinduism has only grown. I thought Nastik is a person who doesn’t believe in God. Well it isn’t right. Nastik is a person who doesn’t believe in Vedas while Ishwar-vadin is a person who believes in God. So we have the following possibilities
1) Nastika-Aneeshwar-vadin: Charvaka, Buddha
2) Astika - Aneeshwar-vadin: Meemamsaka
3) Naastika- Ishwar-vadin: Jain
4) Aastika-Iswar-vadin: Vedantin
It is really fantastic. This is the reason why Hindus live in peace with people having different views on faith.

Radhika, small nitpick. DGS “with my prayers the Lord enables the blind to see and the lame to walk” Dinakaran was a ‘miracle healer’ not a spiritual leader.
Please Hindus. We need to fight for our rights. I have been discriminated because of my religion in India by Christians and Muslims. I took it quietly then because I was a Secular.

We are paying Jazzia in Modern India. Most tax payers are Hindus and we do not get anything from the government while Muslims and Christians get Haj and Jerusalem(Andhra Pradesh) subsidies. Let us arise and awake. We have never fought for our religion before we have to do it now to protect ourselves. Vote BJP and only BJP and let us form a formidable vote bank. Gujarat is our best example.

Yes, Dinakaran and his son are crooks just like the very Hindu Sai Baba who produces watches out of thin air and Holy ash by the pound, Sri Sri Sri Sri Sri Sri Ravi Shankar who teaches the rich to breathe at a hefty sum and Amma Amruthanandamayi who makes soujourn to the Bay area every two weeks and goes back with a sack of dollars.
