Dravidian-Aryan “theory” is being propagated in India by Christian fundamentalists who have a pollitical agenda of detaching south India and making it a separate Christian country. Tamils are being brainwashed for this. The rise of BJP in Karnataka has been like a stick up the arse of their South India dream. They are still to recover from the debacle.

I guess you guys are divided based on the Aryan- Dravidian myth. I strongly believe that Aryan Invasion theory is myth and is created by Europeans to create tensions within India and to prove that it is europeans who are responsible for such a great culture. You can refer to Dr. David Frawley and Stephen knapps pioneering and ground breaking research on debunking the Indo-Aryan theory.

Forget the differences between Dravidians and Aryans. We all are part of a great Indian Culture. Let us understand that.

Second class citizens.. well yeah..

our tax money is used to give “special” loans to minorities.
Banks are supposed to earmark some percentage of money they give as loans for minorities.
Banks need to earn. So they charge higher interest rates from Hindus, so that they can balance the “bad debts”..

Well, after putting 1/3rd of our income into a sink, we still are expected to give up our equal rights as citizens.
It might rankle some nationalists here, but seriously, India sucks bigtime..

This is Congress’s way of punishing Hindus on how dare they elect a party that claimed to protect interest of all Indians and whom Congress considered communal to rule the country for six years. Its a warning if we were to elect BJP in the next election, then whenever Congress comes back to power they would institute official proselytizing policies.

that point has been settled already if you can read well.

you should continue digging old tamil movies. tamil people should learn all of their literature, economics, politics, and of late even chemistry and biology, from tamil films only. you will know all properties of NaCL now, nah? there was one great movie by a dravidar kazhagam follower?

dig deep into your collection of Dravidar Kazhagam pamphlets, tamil movies from the black and white era all the way to the latest karunanidhi-scripted flick, and get your quotes. Those sources will be the most authentic.

do you know of a work in tamil called Kamba Ramayanam. That must be a few centuries old.

by the way, Bharathi’s one poem referring to Sethu is not proof that nobody ever in Tamil language – or even Bharathi – remembered the Sethu as Rama Sethu. You would need to provide proof that nobody ever in Tamil language referred or remembered Sethu as Rama Sethu.

People who speak Tamil language use the example of the Squirrel helping Ram build Sethu to this day, when talking about helping a big cause in a small way.
