Terror Commandoes

There’s no greater proof for the fact that public memory is brusque than this. Indian Express barely conceals its glee at the Congress party’s recent electoral victories. As expected, there’s no mention of terror anywhere. A sign of the times despite the fact that they’re fully aware of the nature of the terror that confronts us.
I urge you to read the last article that I’ve linked (to the piece on Rediff). It shows in minute detail the kind of training these guys receive–fit to match our own commandos.
Postscript:
-
But that’s not how it will turn out. Given ample gestation time, our human-rights-for-terrorists brigade will begin their mandatory candle kissing and transform Ajmal Kasab into another Afzal Guru.
-
I wonder what U.R. Ananthamurthy, who recently thundered at the Jamia Milia will say now. The fact that he hasn’t said anything at all till date demonstrates what he has actually said.

… when there are other amply qualified contenders for your wrath like Arundhati Roy, Teesta Setalvad, Ram Puniyani, JS Bandookwala and others of their ilk

RK/Shailendra,
Lol
It was only incidental. AM was one of the eminences to make these noises *most* recently.

Sandeep, don’t for a moment believe that we have seen the last of bleeding heart liberals. they have merely gone into hibernation, because the public mood is against them. the vermin will come out of woodwork as soon as the tide turns. In fact I expect a candlelight march being organized within the next 6 months to express sympathy with Kasab and his poor parents. Expect the pseudo secs to do an Afzal Guru on him soon
