With reasonable assumption, I can safely say that regular readers of this blog were also readers of Offstumped in its previous incarnation as part of the excellent Indian National Interest umbrella of blogs. It was hugely popular for informed political and poll analysis, notable for publishing superb pieces of investigative blogging, and confident in its pro-Hindu and pro-BJP stance and attracted tremendous traffic in its heydays.
After a considerable hiatus, it is now back in a new, expanded avatar since October 1. Waste no time in heading there.
The new Offstumped avatar is a community portal not limited to just blogging. It features various forums, podcasts, Twitter feeds, and a section it calls Uncovered News. The kind folks at Offstumped also requested my consent to cross-link my blog on the community portal, which I gladly provided. Given its earlier, immense popularity, little wonder that it has already picked up steam and is buzzing with actitvity.
Here’s wishing them all the very best in all their endeavour to foster and further the Indian National Interest.
May i add the above does not apply to Varnam.
I do not word my arguments in intellectualism, but INI is overrated.
They are the “safe” creatures (http://www.sandeepweb.com/2009/08/04/hindu-fundamentals-are-under-attack-in-a-different-way) and their arguments are often mundane arguments found on discussion forums.
As per their postings, they are “independent” of political affiliation and hence Offstumped had to leave.
“Independent” ?!?
Thank You.
When portals discuss only materialistic aspects they become like a body devoid of spirit. i.e., dead.
