Coming Soon: An Entitlement University Named After a Mass Murderer

This man has caused great loss not only to the Muslim community but to the entire society. He may be occupying a very high office, but we will not spare him. He has committed grave and deliberate mistakes. I have ordered a detailed inquiry into the bank’s functioning.

This is how Mumtaz Ali Khan, Karnataka Minister for Haj, Wakf and Minority Welfare thundered in November 2009. Guess who he thundered against? The One Who Rightfully Got Elevated in True Congress Tradition of Rewarding the Corrupt. The One Who Now Adorns the Chair of Minister of Minority Affairs. The Honourable Sri K Rahman Khan.

So all it takes for one to get a super-promotion to a Central Ministry job is to execute a scam of a few hundred crores. In Rahman Khan’s case, the record is nothing less than stellar. He was the team lead in the Rs. 300 crore swindle of Amanath Cooperative Bank, which came to light in 2009, which is what prompted Mumtaz Ali Khan to thunder thus. But Rahman Khan apparently didn’t believe in resting on past or current laurels. In the true style of super-achievers, he went ahead and bettered his own record.

Rahman Khan, who took over as Minister for Minority Affairs in the latest Union Cabinet re-shuffle, is being investigated by the Karnataka Lokayukta for allegedly conniving in the misappropriation of wakf funds….The Lokayukta investigation in the Syed Khazim dargah case has renewed attention on Rahman Khan’s alleged involvement in the massive and systematic encroachment of wakf property in the state — a scam that has been estimated in a recent report by the Karnataka State Minorities Commission at Rs 2 lakh crore.

The Wakf Property scam was the mother of all scams as far as Karnataka is concerned. Even on the national scale, it convincingly leaves the 2G scam behind. The investigation report by Anwar Manippady, the chairman of the State Minorities Commission ran into a gargantuan 7000 pages resulting in Rahman Khan being booked under IPC Sections 409, 120(b), and 467 among others. Perhaps it was this capability that made the Party bosses suddenly take notice of him resulting in something far sweeter: Rahman Khan was elevated into the Central Ministry from his erstwhile position as Deputy Chairman of the Rajya Sabha.

While the entire political class is busy squabbling over the usual nonsense, while the Congress is up to its usual skullduggery, while the BJP is imploding, while Arvind Kejriwal has announced his new circus, Rahman Khan has slyly declared that he’s out to create several structures to augment the Sonia-Manmohan combine’s nation-wrecking entitlement scheme-a-day method of governance.

Union Minister for Minority Affairs K. Rahman Khan on Saturday said the Moulana Azad Education Foundation, under his Ministry, was setting up five universities across the country. One of them would be established at Srirangapatna and it would be named after Tipu Sultan, the 18th century Mysore ruler.

Mr. Khan told presspersons that Bihar, West Bengal, Madhya Pradesh and Jammu and Kashmir are the other States which would have such universities. He said 50 per cent of the seats in these institutions would be reserved for minorities. His Ministry would also build infrastructure such as Kendriya Vidyalayas for minority students.

As usual, you and I will pay the money that funds these universities, which experience tells us, will go to hell while simultaneously impoverishing us to that extent. According to media reports, some Rs. 300 crores have been earmarked for the Tipu University. Let that be how it is. No additional commentary is required on the sheer vileness of this endeavour. What should interest us is choosing Tipu’s name for the proposed university.

Guess what else is named after Tipu? A Pakistani missile. Unsurprising given that Pakistan has been consistent in its missile naming convention: Ghauri, Ghaznavi, Abdali, and Babur, all names of medieval Muslim invaders who struggled to establish the might of Islam in India. The fact that an enemy nation has named its missiles in the honour of all those who vowed to convert India into Islam is pretty revealing. And the fact that Pakistan accords Tipu the same honour shows that they regard him to be a true Muslim king who went about his goal of converting India into Islam.

And here we have an Indian citizen, a Central Minister no less, who wants to establish a university named after Tipu.

The whole business of regarding Tipu as some kind of a heroic patriot took a new turn after Sanjay Khan’s ill-informed TV serial on Tipu Sultan was aired on Doordarshan. This was based on Bhagwan S Gidwani’s equally ill-informed and fraudulent novel named The Sword of Tipu Sultan. A walk in the Muslim-dominated localities in any major city of Karnataka will show you at least one hoarding that proclaims something on the lines of Mysore Tiger Tipu Association. Its more famous avatar is the Tipu Sultan United Front, a rogue outfit that brings us echoes of the likes of the Jihad-mongering Popular Front of India. This is the extent to which the Tipu Myth has taken roots and has grown into an enormous tree over the years: the university, and the agitation to rename the Bangalore International Airport after Tipu are just two of the very many venomous fruits of that tree.

And so we need to remind ourselves again, we need to set the record on Tipu straight before we even name something in his honour. Naming things after supposedly-great dead people is one of the ways to preserve their deeds, their ideals, and their legacy. So what is Tipu’s record on these parameters?

Tipu Sultan lived in an era when the British Crown wasn’t ruling India. India was on its way to reviving and restoring its ancient ideals and way of life after the prolonged darkness of the Islamic era ended with Aurangzeb’s death in 1707. The Marathas had emerged as the most powerful and the largest political force then. It’s therefore both a misleading and a fraudulent claim that Tipu fought the British in the sense of the then British Government. Tipu waged war against the British East India Company. He waged the war purely for territorial and imperial purposes and not because he was spurred by patriotism towards India as a nation. He was primarily an immensely cruel Muslim zealot motivated by the goal of establishing Islam in India. Indeed, the notion of India as—roughly speaking—a nation state took root in the minds of the early crop of Indian freedom fighters after the British Crown took over the country and declared it as one of their colonies. This fact is intentionally blanked out by our clever-by-half historical frauds of the Marxist school in their vile endeavour to project Tipu as some kind of a valiant saviour. If Tipu is indeed this heroic freedom fighter who fought against British tyranny, why don’t our secular scum extend the same logic to the Marathas as well?

Another popular myth is in wide currency as far as Karnataka is concerned. Girish Karnad among others has played a huge part in recent times to perpetuate this myth that Tipu Sultan was an unsullied patron and promoter of the Kannada language. About 4 years ago, he frothed at the mouth in a Kannada daily when the then Education Minister D.H. Shankara Murthy correctly claimed that Tipu was an opponent of Kannada. Dr. S L Bhyrappa then tore into Girish Karnad’s perverted history concerning Tipu’s life and deeds. Here are some excerpts from that piece by Dr. S.L Bhyrappa (translation mine):

Kannada was the official language of the Mysore state when the Wodeyar dynasty ruled over the Mysore kingdom…When Tipu took over, he changed the administrative language from Kannada to Farsi. We can witness this till date. Karnataka Government’s land and revenue records use Farsi terminology. For instance, a usage like “Ramesh’s son Suresh” is written as “Suresh bin Ramesh.” Our state has retained terms like “Khata,” “Khirdi,” “Pahani,” “Khanesuvari,” “Gudasta,” and “Baranamoona,” a direct holdover from Tipu’s times. Not just that—Tipu changed the names of entire cities and towns: Brahmapuri became Sultanpet, Kallikote became Farookabad, Chitradurga became Farook yab Hissar, Coorg became Zafarabad, Devanahalli became Yusufabad, Dinigul became Khaleelabad, Gutti became Faiz Hissar, Krishnagiri became Phalk-il-azam, Mysore became Nazarabad, Penukonda became Fakrabad, Sankridurga became Muzaffarabad, Sira became Rustumabad, and Sakleshpur became Manjarabad…Muslims in Malabar speak, read and write Malayalam even today just as Tamil Muslims in Tamil Nadu read, write and speak in Tamil. Thanks to Tipu, Muslims in Karnataka speak only Urdu. This is the direct result of Tipu’s insistence that Farsi and Urdu were the only permitted mediums of instruction.

This linguistic assault apart, we need to examine the full extent of the unfettered barbarism Tipu Sultan unleashed in serving the cause of Islam. Here’s what comes out of the mouth of this Islamic zealot par excellence, someone who belongs in the same Hall of Islamic Savagery that Aurangzeb occupies. We can turn to S L Bhyrappa again:

A collection of papers entitled Tipu Sultan’s Dreams was recovered by the British Colonel William Kirkpatrick from the Srirangapatanam palace after Tipu was killed in the Fourth Anglo-Mysore War in 1799. These are written in Tipu’s own hand in Farsi. Kirkpatrick himself translated several of these from Farsi to English. The India Office in London still retains the original and some translations. Tipu himself speaks in these papers, the strongest and firsthand evidence of his fanaticism. He always refers to Hindus as Kaffirs and the British as Christians. In some of these papers, he recounts a recurring dream in which a a long-bearded Maulvi frequently appears. Tipu goes to Mecca on a pilgrimage; Prophet Mohammad tells a long-bearded Arab, “Tell Tipu that I shall not enter Heaven without Tipu.” Tipu then embarks on a mission to convert all non-Muslims to Islam and then Islamizes all non-Islamic nations…. He talks nothing about modernizing India and fumes that the Christians (British) are the biggest obstacle that he must urgently remove.

The most glaring instance where Tipu’s Islam-inspired savagery played out in all its cruel glory is his brutal Malabar campaign. He managed to do in a very brief span what centuries of Islamic incursions had failed to do to large parts of Kerala. The account of his savage raid of the Malabar region makes your stomach churn. Here is how he gloats about it in a letter to the Governor of Bekal written in January 1790:

Don’t you know I have achieved a great victory recently in Malabar and over four lakh Hindus were converted to Islam? I am determined to march against that cursed Raman Nair (Rajah of Travancore) very soon. Since I am overjoyed at the prospect of converting him and his subjects to Islam, I have happily abandoned the idea of going back to Srirangapatanam now.

Equally, the Malabar Manual written by William Logan, the Collector of Malabar makes for painful reading. A horrified Logan describes in detail the kind of barbarism Tipu’s hordes inflicted on the Hindus of Kerala. To read a sample, head here. In fact, the extent and scope of Tipu’s cruelty appalled even the British who had by then developed imperial ambitions in India. Here is how the Preface of  G.A. Henty’s The Tiger of Mysore describes Tipu:

…our struggle with Tippoo Saib was…marked by a long endurance of wrong, and a toleration of abominable cruelties perpetrated upon Englishmen and our native allies….Tippoo…revelled in acts of the most abominable cruelty. It would seem that he massacred for the very pleasure of massacring, and hundreds…were killed by famine, poison, or torture, simply to gratify his lust for murder. Patience was shown towards this monster until patience became a fault, and our inaction was naturally ascribed by him to fear.

Indeed, the people of Malabar still retain the memory of Tipu’s brutality. When the proposal to air Sanjay Khan’s spurious serial on Tipu was mooted, the Bombay Kerala Samajam published a book entitled Tipu Sultan: Villain or Hero, a collection of historical essays that gives us the accurate picture of Tipu Sultan. Almost all of these essays are written by Malayalees who were rightfully enraged at the attempts to paint the bigoted Tipu as a freedom fighter, as a tolerant ruler and someone who was a pioneer of modernity. The Bombay Kerala Samajam lodged a case in the Bombay High Court to prevent the telecast of the TV serial on the grounds that it was based on distorted history.

This then is in brief, the true legacy of Tipu Sultan.

And now K Rahman Khan wants to name an entitlement university after this monster’s name. To what end? Perhaps to celebrate this bigot’s barbarism. Perhaps so that people can recall that it is worthwhile to emulate Tipu’s value system that included butchering and forcibly converting hundreds of thousands of Hindus and destroying and desecrating their places of worship. This is akin to Israel naming an University in Hitler’s honour. If the harebrained idea of using taxpayer money to start yet another university with an eye on the vote bank wasn’t already despicable enough, the plan to name it after a fanatical mass-murderer of Hindus sets a new record in perversion.

Shame on you, K Rahman Khan!

Of and on Tipu, Mysore, Politicaly Convenient History of India and so on, this may be of interest to visitors here: Tipu Sultan as a genocidal, merciless, proselytizing, looting and raping Moslem tyrant is well known not only to the Nairs of Malabar but also the tribals (Kodavas) of Coorg, the tribals (Todas and Badagas) of the Nilgiris and the people of South and North Canara, most particularly the Mangalorean Catholics. He was reasonably well behaved within the Mysore Kingdom owing to dependency and loyalty (his father Hyder Ali and his bunch of armed Turkish deserters from the Mughal Army were recruited as Mercenaries, for their artillery, musketry and cavalry, by the Mysore Maharani who continued titular reign like the Japanese “Mikado” of yore with Hydar and then Tipu as the “Shogun” or General cum Military Dictator who ruled in her name assisted largely by “Hindoo” soldiers and civilian officers) on his part and appeasement on the part of the subjects. So a mixed bag. Does he deserve a University or any Monument in his name? Certainly not. But in an India with an Amartya Sen Nalanda University and the sort of rogues and scallywags that you find as Judges, Justices, Cabinet Ministers and Presidents of India, why not? No different from dishing out Padma awards and Rajya Sabha seats to cricketers and film stars. There is no doubt that the removal of Tipu Sultan by the British (The Marquis of Wellesley, later the Duke Of Wellington) brought about a huge sigh of relief. The ruthless and greedy Maharani, who had been restored to power on the throne she had never, technically, relinquished, brought on a rebellion by the general populace of Mysore which was quelled by Sir Mark Cubbon, the son of an Anglican Clergyman and a typical product of the East India Company’s Addiscombe Military Seminary, who was the British Resident of the time. He interceded with the Governor General to prevent Mysore being merged with the Madras Presidency, took the role of an unofficial “Regent”, and had the Maharani’s infant son, H.H.Chamaraja Wadeyar brought up in the Bangalore Palace (that he had built for the purpose) by British Nannies and Tutors and gave Mysore 27 years of peace, prosperity, governance and equitable “rule-of-law” unparalleled since the days of His Majesty, Chakravarthi, Krishna Deva Raya (The Vijayanagar Empire- of which Mysore was originally a Governerate). Sir Mark Cubbon was careful to ensure that the young Prince’s spiritual and religious instruction was entrusted to the hereditary primate of The Vijayanagar Empire, the Shringeri Shankaracharya. H.H. Chamaraja Wadeya,r on coming to man’s estate, became a model ruler and had his son, H.H. Krishnaraja Wadeyar brought up like himself and built the foundation on which his son would build a State with a Civil Service of impeccable integrity and competence that he conjured up from the best families and Universities of the day to become the envy of not just the rest of India but of much of Europe. The Mysore Room in the palace at Austria is just one example. Mysore had an engineering college and a hydro electric dam, planned command area irrigation and electric street lights in its major cities before the United States of America paving the way to rapid industrialization and economic development. Mr. Mohandas Karamchand, with the greatest respect and deference, referred to H.H. Krishna Raja Wadeyar IV as a “Raja Rishi” and the Mysore of the day as “Rama Rajya” (though His Highness preferred to call it “Camelot” himself). His son H.H. Jayachamarajendra Wadeyar was another model ruler, whose greatest mistake was to urge his subjects to opt for “democracy” and union with India. He lived to rue his decision as he watched, helplessly, his beloved Mysore and his subjects looted and despoiled by the Indian National Congress. As regards Macaulay, he was not only an Anglican by religion but a Fabian (Socialist) Whig (Liberal Humanist). His father and he had slavery abolished and made a capital offence through out the British Empire. (Slavery flourishes now, once more, in the Nehru-Gandhi-Ambedkar Republic of India). The India he came to had been conquered, as yet lawless but for the “fair play” of the East India Companyh’s Addiscombe Boys, with Persian as the Lingua Franca and without any form of universal education apart from a large number of Madrassas, a few surviving pathasalas and budhist/jain monsateries. He has been badly maligned by revisionist Indian “Nehru-Gandhi-Ambedkar” Historians to defame him to justify their own criminality and lack of education. Indian History is so badly distorted by this sort of politically motivated “Historian” that it must be re-constructed from History available outside the country or from the memories of surviving “Indians” who have learnt anecdotal (Shroutha Smartha) History from their ancestors and spiritual mentors.

tippu has paid due respecbts to hindu belief and hindu temples, he paid monitory respects to sringeri mahasamsthanam, hence he is a indian patriot. These are utterances of karnad chelas. Yes there are strong evidences about the donations he made to mahasamsthanam and no one is doubting it. But it is a very simple matrix which any layman can understand. Before sacrifice the goat undergoes cosmetic makeup. Hindu kingdom was never strong fight for tippu due to its lack of unity. It was britishers who were enemies to tippu, to uproot britishers, tippu took aid of hindus. Enemy’s enemy was TIPPU’s friend. He was against hindu, against kannada..

To me tipu is a murderer of my community of peaceful Mandyam Iyengars. On one Deepavali day his men murdered 700+ of my people including women and children. Till this day we never celebrate Deepavali on Bali Padhyami. That’s evidence enough to me of what a monster tipu was. He does not even deserve a capital at the beginning of his name. Destruction of temples was his forte, except Ranganatha. Biligiri Ranga is so named because while passing the temple, someone told him it was a Ranganatha temple and hence he did not destroy it. For those wanting links suggest you google tipu mandyam iyengar massacre

Pakistan has been consistent in its missile naming convention: Ghauri, Ghaznavi, Abdali, and Babur,
and India has been consistent in its missile naming convention:Prithvi, Agni, Trishul, Nag, and Surya,
    Does it makes sense?
No,its is not related to just ” two nation theory”.
Pakistan would never allow even Chandra Gupta Mourya,in its school history text then what about
Mohanjodaro civilization and Taxsila Univesity ( the ruins are situated in Pakistan).
    This is simply a irony.

Rajeev Mahotra has been considered “to lead the traditional Hindu criticism of Wendy Doniger’s methodology for the examination of Hinduism.”

In the section on Muslim invasions of India, Wendy Doniger writes (chucklingly) that the Muslim desecration and destruction of Hindu temples led to the construction of bigger and grander temples. Would she be allowed to get away with such a sick joke if she were to say that the destruction of the twin towers in NYC led to the construction of a taller tower that Americans can be proud of?

Either nash should allow this type of mindset or this should be his own consideration ???

Rajiv Malhotra, born September 1950, is an Indian-American author, philanthropist, public speaker and writer on current affairs, world religions and cross-cultural encounters.
He is the founder of the Infinity Foundation. He is also a former telecommunication entrepreneur. After a career in the software, computer, and telecom industries Malhotra took an early retirement to pursue philanthropic and educational activities.
He founded the Infinity foundation in 1995.

Prema A. Kurien considers him to be at “…the forefront of American Hindu effort to challenge the Euro centricism in the academia.”
He has been considered by Hinnells to lead the traditional Hindu criticism of Wendy Doniger’s methodology for the examination of Hinduism.

He considers that a positive stance on India has been underrepresented in American academia, this was derived from programmes staffed by Westerners, their “Indian – American Sepoys” and Indian Americans wanting to be white – whom he describes as “career opportunists” and “Uncle Toms” who in their desire to become even marginal members of the Western Grand Narrative sneer at Indian culture in the same manner as colonialists once did.
Academia according to him promoted “a perspective on India using world views which are hostile to India’s interests”, and that “…Indian American donors were hoodwinked into thinking that they were supporting India through their monetary contributions to such programmes”.
He has claimed that American scholarship has undermined India by encouraging paradigms that oppose its unity and integrity, with scholars playing critical roles, often under the garb of ‘human rights’ in channeling foreign intellectual and material support to exacerbate India’s internal cleavages.
He has accused the academia of abetting the Talibanisation of India, which would also lead to the Talibanisation of other Asian countries.
According to such conditions,Rajiv Malhotra write up and lectures make sense.

“I have traveled across the length and breadth of India and I have not seen one person who is a beggar, who is a thief. Such wealth I have seen in this country, such high moral values, people of such calibre, that I do not think we would ever conquer this country, unless we break the very backbone of this nation, which is her spiritual and cultural heritage, and, therefore, I propose that we replace her old and ancient education system, her culture, for if the Indians think that all that is foreign and English is good and greater than their own, they will lose their self-esteem, their native self-culture and they will become what we want them, a truly dominated nation.” ~ Lord Mc Cauley in his speech of Feb. 2 1835, British Parliament

“India was the motherland of our race, and Sanskrit the mother of Europe’s languages: she was the mother of our philosophy; mother, through the Arabs, of much of our mathematics; mother, through the Buddha, of the ideals embodied in Christianity; mother, through the village community, of self-government and democracy. ” ~ Will Durant, American Historian

“India is the cradle of the human race, the birthplace of human speech, the mother of history, the grandmother of legend, and the great grand mother of tradition. Our most valuable and most instructive materials in the history of man are treasured up in India only.” ~ Mark Twain, American Author

“In India I found a race of mortals living upon the Earth but not adhering to it, inhabiting cities but not being fixed in them, possessing everything but possessed by nothing.” ~ Appolonius Tyanaeus, Great Thinker and Traveler (Ist Century CE)

In India demoralization has taken place over centuries and it was well planned to make Hindus forget their hisory to the extent that they cannot think logically on that subject.
It is a fact that both Christianity and Islam came to India through Invasion and violent campaigns.
It is also a fact that History was written in the courts of Muslim rulers and also by British.
It would be better for historians to acknowledge the facts and the misfortunes that occur during invasion .
No community or individual that has suffered invasion will think great about the invaders.
So it is natural for Hindus to not feel very great about islamic monuments or British structures.

It is time to rewrite the history not in” Hindu prospective ” , but in” real prospective”.
Because ,Satyameva Jayate ( means ONLY TRUTH PREVAILS) is our national motto.

If we wished to beat the likes of Girish Karnad and and Rehman Khan at their secular game of Islamization of Sindhusthan, then there is no alternative but to revive Sawarkar’s ABHINAW BHARAT Sanstha. The first task will have to be to repatriate the Italian glass-rinser’s family to its native land. The Christianisation of Sindhusthan shall cease forthwith. Then start solving the riddle of Islamaisation of this ancient sacred land. “JAY AASINDHUSINDHUPARYNTAA BHARATBHOOMI. !”

A bit of irony for the secularists here…..Sanjay Khan faced a terrible accident during the making of Tipu Sultan…..A near death one…..when his doctors brought him back and he thanked his doctor, the doctor pointed to a statue of Hanuman and said this is what saved ur life…….next Sanjay Khan bowed to the lord and launched a serial on Hanuman which everyone knows……Imagine, a Tipu Sultan nearly killed him (in a strange metaphysical way) and Hanuman saved his life…but I agree people like Karnad and Rehman Khan are absolute bigots in they way they go about secularizing a monster…

Kudos for another great post Sandeep!!….btw Karnad adapted Bhyrappa’s novels for film with B V Karanth….together known as Ka-Ka……Is Karanth a secularist too like Karnad??…would like to know.

Sandeep, you know fairly well British Historians are not be trusted, especially ones from that era, their ‘translators’ were biased, including the (in?)famous Max Mueller, the British always preach how beneficial their empire was to the world, when in fact every modern conflict can be linked one way or the other to the British (they beat the snotty nosed French in that regard hands down), Africa, India, heck even Arabia (Iran, Iraq and Syria are glaring examples), they were degenerate, as bad as the Islamists (they proved that in India and Ireland, where they forced famines on millions of people)
No wonder during World War I they got so close to the Islam-o-Facists, and air raided civilians in the defense of their tinpot regimes, the British was the scourge of the world
As for the Marathas, they brought their own sticky end by their fleecing ways, they were the Nandas of their generation, strong no doubt, but greedy. They allied with the British and Nizam in defeating Mysore, and were only interested in their marauding ways rather forming an empire (the entire reason they lost against Abdali).
Unfortunately we did not have another Chandragupta Maurya or VIkramadtiya (Chandragupta II from the Gupta dynasty), two of the greatest Kings in Indian history (peerless, save for when Rama himself ruled Kosala), partly because we forgot our Kautilyas and other free thinkers who made Hindu Dharma really great. We need them, as they might rid us of the Khaps and the charlatans (who are markedly different from sages, the rishis and munis), which currently form the greatest threat to Hindu Dharma, greater even than the missionaries and mullas, their fiefdoms need to be won over and they have to be rendered powerless, while preventing the fallout that the enemies of Hinduism may use against us.

I am not defending Tipu (I agree Bhagwan GIdwai’s book is ignorant to say the least), but I refuse to trust British historical sources, unless corroborated by overwhelming factual evidence, or by a contemporary Indian source

I also had a great opinion of Tipu for many years, thanks to history textbooks and Gidwani’s book and Sanjay Khan’s serial, until I lived in Kannur, Kerala and visited the Thiruvangad Sree Ramaswami Temple near Thalasherry, which was damaged by Tipu (the Gopuram was originally a seven storeyed structure which was destroyed during Tippu Sultan’s invasion). Thereafter, I read some articles on the internet like TIPU SULTAN: AS KNOWN IN KERALA and realized the truth about him

Many people are claiming to be Tippu’s grandsons on the net.Should they be given seats in rajyasabha for secularism sake. How about bharat ratna for Tippu and aurangjeb posthumously.

Go to pondicherry and karaikal. You will find many many Tamil-speaking muslims there, who don’t even know urdu.

I suspect it is not too long before we will see Aurangazeb University coming up too thanks to the dedication and perseverence of Osamaji fanboys party.

    Depressing News.

But, can be changed to Hindus advantage by publicizing genocidal Tippu’s record and charging Congress with Hindu baiting and Hindu phobia. Accusing Congress of waging Jihad against Hindus will certainly help tarnish Congress ‘image’, whatever is left of it anyway.

    Great post.
As a resident of Wayanad district in Malabar area, i have something to say about the living symbols which truly represents the depth of hatred which Hindus are carrying in their mind for this ”patriotic freedom fighter” of new age islamists and marxist oldies. First one is related to naming of pet dogs. Hindus irrespective of caste, use to call their dogs as Tippu. And that’s one of the favourite name kept for dogs in wayanad since the brutal Malabar atrocities conducted by Tippu sulthan. Anyone with common sense could easily infer the ”respect” Hindus carry for Tippu from this trait. Next one is little more interesting. The characters here are lizards and spiders. During my childhood, my mother used to scold me whenever i try to do some harm to lizards, which were in plenty roaming all over walls and roofs of my house. Same time spiders were her ardent enemies. She, i remember, once told me the reason behind this. Here goes the story—- Tippu sulthan was being chased by britishers. He atlast took refuge in an unused dried up well and decided to hide there. Now, the spiders inside that well started weaving nets allover and Tippu became invisible from outside. Then came searching party and the lizards residing inside the well started making lots of noise which attracted again the attention of the searching party who were about to leave the well. Now Tippu got trapped. This incident made lizards heroes and spiders villains in Hindu conscience. Notably, Muslims are in friendly relation with spiders(not much cruel).. This is enough to learn about the greatness of Tippu……………….

Sandeepji, please try to write a detailed post about the atrocities of Tippu sulthan so that the islamists and commies shall shut their mouth and stop lionising this anti-hindu moron…

great writing, sandeep. i remember being taken to tippu’s grave etc during a vacation trip somewhere near mysore. there were only praises. It appears it is one of those myths, like cha cha nehru’s love for children. why universities are built in tax payers’ money where 50% of seats are reserved for minorities. So, a hindu tax payer’s son on whose money the university is built is denied a seat, whereas children of non-tax paying minority will get a seat. When these children graduate and marry, their children will also get preferential seats. So, the child of a majority community is going to miss out and his children will also miss out. perfect template for screwing the majority community. Only God can save this country.

Well, the school text books did the same bloody thing. Portrayed Tipu as some great ruler who died heroically in the battle of srirangapatna, just before the French army could arrive and save him. I for one am finally glad to re-learn history and can now be gleeful that this sicko was actually killed. And the battle was a victory and not another damn defeat.
